Disappointed in its inability to receive inbound calls, pop up dialer stinks, relatively useless extension. If you are reading the reviews and wondering whether or not to update/download, DON'T
The pop-up dialer is so finicky. It constantly floats across my monitor. It wont receive phone calls. Not user-friendly one bit. Please make it where you can receive calls through the Salesloft web browser.
When I saw the new analytics page a while ago I quickly changed it back to the original format. Today I have been forced to use the new metrics page which is extremely overwhelming and confusing. The amount of useless information was endless, with many of my peers frustrated as well. I don't know who would ask for this many irrelevant analytics, but clearly no one is pleased by this update. I shouldn't have to spend 5 minutes looking for how many calls I dialed. Very disappointed.
Plugin has a memory leak when running on Chrome on Mac. It takes all available memory and then slows down interface of both Salesloft and Salesforce. Terrible release.
Half the time the voicemail drops don't work keypad is spotty as well
New Salesloft Dialer is a PopUp that goes behind the page once you click on your main page. Frustrating while on a call and needing to mute the call, you have to right click and bring up the dialer from behind the page to do anything.
Can't add to cadences, really messing up my workflow. Extremely slow to respond. Not sure what changes they made but looking to revert back.
IT Forces your Full Screen to close. Not Helpful at all. Would be alot more Use ful and Better if it was a popup screen, on the Webpage.
Extremely glitchy
This was a downgrade from the previous extension. My primary use for the extension was being able to make calls to contact without having to leave Salesforce, which was easy on the previous extension as it would just open a small window at the bottom of the screen within chrome to access the dialer. Now, the dialer appears as a separate pop-up which minimizes your chrome window and is much less seamless. Please revert the dialer to the way it functioned on the previous plug-in.
