Dear VibeMate, I have been using your services, both Fanberry, and now VibeMate for around a year, perhaps longer. In all this time, I have been using the Lovense technology and toys, the Oculus Quest, and SteamVR, integrated with your AI adaptive software and browser to create the perfect immersive experience. I feel as though I had just reached a good point in my project, aside from some video quality/latency issues during video streaming on the PC platform, but unfortunately, instead of further updates to your brilliant platform for pc, you had integrated the software into google chrome. Which, I might add, was not a bad idea, as it is my preferred browser of choice. My problem and question lies in my ability to synchronize the toys to any media that is not currently part of a library or linked to a streamer. The video quality is much better but by happenstance, it made me unable to view or utilize VR content or any outside source in the like. Will you be adjusting the synchronicity of the service to better adapt to all media? The AI is newer and needs some improvements, but for the time being I am truly more concerned with accessibility to other sites and types of media that do not currently lie within your library. Loved the old browser. I can't seem to figure out how to work the new extension (can't seem to get it to open its menu), but that may just be me and my Opera GX browser. I'mma keep it and hope it starts working for me one day, cuz Vibemate is cool and I want to keep using it.

The Link Control is amazing—it works perfectly and is super easy to use. The auto-opening side window is very convenient, and the Auto-Tip and Tip Menu features are fun and easy to use.

I've been using the Fanberry extension lately, and it totally made my cam show watching experience even better! Plus, having all my tip menus, notifications, and control links easily, this is incredibly convenient!! I highly recommend it, so easy to use and the process is so smooth!
