Until I found this extension I was looking at replacement my laptop as I couldn't hear thing being played on the laptop. This program saved mt around $500 on a replacement laptop. Only things is that it gets a bit annoying on having to turn up each page. Should be a way to set it and forget it while it works hard in the background

WORKS ONCE THEN HAS TO BE REMOVED! Its great when it works, every time I activate it, the volume control is responsive but the moment you go to a new tab etc and come back it is STUCK WHERE YOU LEFT OFF and the only way forward is to remove and re-add. NOT PRACTICAL. This is obviously not the case for everyone but if you're using an HP Chromebook like me you may have the same issues. * Uninstalled *

Awesome, worked like a charm. Low voice problem on youtube is solved in my case. Difficult to hear voice is now so loud that can hear outside of my room. Not tested on other sites yet, but hopefully it would work well on them too.

I primarily use this for YouTube and online school video clips. Significant volume boost and helps to prolong the battery life of my headphones since they are able to produce more volume with less power as Volume Booster is essentially serving as an amp.
