Unleash the power of sound, no matter what speakers or headphones you're using. I made this extension so I could blast music on my laptop. Pick how much louder you want the sound to be on audio from any chrome tab. This will work on any audio coming from any tab, and has been successfully tested on both Mac and Windows.

If you are on Windows and are having issues with Fullscreen, press F11.

If you are on Mac, maximize the window and then press cmd+shift+F.

If using earphones or small laptop speakers, moving the slider past the 1/4 of the slider will lead to crackling noise.

I am not responsible for any damage done to your speakers/earphones. Please use this extension with care, especially with moving the slider to the red section.

Boost volume up, but did not handles distortion at all like VLC media player do at twice volume even. Secondly for full screen, one has to press F11 again and again which is a lot of irritation specially in short videos. The most dreadful thing is that extension is recording my tab which can be clearly recognized by Sharing tab icon in chrome tab. This is loss of privacy.

What is the relation of this extension with f11 or fullscreen feature of the computer?!!! And why do I need to turn it off and restart from time to time to activate it (while it is already active)?

This addon works well if you only have one tab of youtube open at once. However, if you have multiple tabs open with the other youtube tabs paused, you have to click the "turn off" button to disable the boost, and then click the addon's icon again to re-boost it. Could you make it restart on tab switch? Thx.

It works fine, just know that if you turn it up to the max it will kind of distort the sound (obviously) but it works as intended!

Please, make it visible when the extension is on or off. It would be a useful feature.

It seems to disable the option for viewing in full screen mode.

Just be careful. There was a similar extension I got a few months ago called "Sound Booster," (it's gone now,) and it piggybacked malware that would open up random tabs when you tried to click on a google search. No problems so far, but if I encounter any, I'll try to remember to edit this review.
