The Upromise extension had made it so much easier to shop thru Upromise and never miss any savings. Instead of having to login every time I only look for the pop up. I’m a member since 2001 I just wish I had this a few years ago.

Very disappointed - not sure if the problem is with the extension working improperly, or something else with UPromise. In theory, it sounds great, but for some reason I never actually get the cash back credited to my account. I specifically check and make sure that it shows that the cash back offer has been "activated," yet I never get the cash back, except from Wal-Mart. I've used the extension with Choice Hotels, Hilton Hotels, DisneyShop.com, and Lowes - and with none of these other companies do I ever actually get any cash back; it only works with Wal-Mart.

It's good when it works, unfortunately, it doesn't work as often as it should. The Upromise "recently visited" page is a helpful tool to remind you where you've recently shopped and, therefore, track your purchases to check for missing rewards. Upromise has recently initiated the use of a form to complete for submission to claim recent, unposted rewards. Although it takes a bit of time to process, you will receive the rewards due you which weren't automatically picked up by the unreliable extension.

The extension is fabulous. I actually stopped using Upromise for a while because I would always forget to jump to a site from Upromise. Now I don't have to worry about it! The extension automatically detects if a site is participating. If it is, a popup comes onscreen and you simply hit the button and you've just activated the reward(s) for that site. Simple and easy.

The pop up can sometimes be annoying and get in the way but once you click it, it goes away and your on your way to saving money for shopping you already do. I think that is worth it. I would recommend it.
