I have earned money back on a lot of things over the last several years. It's not a huge chunk of money, but it's enough and definitely worth it! And after you reach a certain amount, it can automatically be deposited into your account.
I have been using this for a few years now, 2 kids going to college 1 right after the other, and it did save me a little money along the way but lately i(as of July 2024) t's been annoying me because I'll be looking at Amazon and it will pop up with an offer for Walmart, or I'll be looking on Best Buy and an offer will pop up for another store. Maybe they had a recent update, or maybe Walmart is paying them? Either way, I only like it when it applies to the website I'm on. Will be happy to uninstall soon when the kids are done with school and I can be done with UPromise.
I like being reminded to save while I am spending anyway. I do wish it stayed active after activating an offer withing the same site. Some sites will bring the item clicked to a new tab and in that case, you can lose that activated offer if you forget to keep activating. Oops.
I find it helpful saving money and putting money towards my children's education!

When it works, it's great but when it doesn't it's frustrating. I activate the prompt, do my shopping and then it will pop up again as if times out or something. I then have to reactivate it and then it will either do it again or this time it will stick thru the whole transaction. There's no way to see it activated so I'm pretty sure I've missed out on cash backs. I sometimes abandon it and go with another cash back option even if the percentage is less just because I know I will guarantee I will get it.
It doesn't always work. The prompt usually pops up, but then it will pop up again as if it disconnects or times out. When this happens, I have to start my transaction over again. Other times, it doesn't pop up again and then I realize that it didn't go through. That's when I have to contact Customer Support.
It is always touch and go with the extension when I shop online. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I end up having to email customer service to get most of my purchases added. They have to be contacted several times before it is finally added. It is a very frustrating process overall.
