It only works about 50% of the time. even if the banner says that it is active, it doesn't mean that you will be credited properly. i always have to go back and check every single purchase. constantly sending emails for missed rewards. its frustrating.

I like that the banner lets you know you are shopping at a store that offers Upromise credit. However, it is annoying that the banner keeps flashing at the the top of the screen, and sometimes it never indicates that the bonus is "Activated". It is unclear if you still have to go to Upromise, log in, and then start shopping again. I don't trust that I will actually receive the credit for my purchase, as I do not always receive an email notification after shopping. I've had other issues with the Upromise website for grocery and dining as well. But for the most part, Upromise is an excellent advantage, and I appreciate being able to save for my grandchildren's education.

It rarely works. I am going through my purchases every week and I would say 1 out of 6 actually get credited to my account for my kids. I then have to submit an email saying that I am missing rewards.

It's a great addition to have, but it seems to lose connection. I clicked on it when it appeared, then a couple of minutes later it appeared again and then one more time. Each time I clicked it was like the first time, but it did work.

Really a good extension to let you know a site I am visiting a cash back option. However, as you shop and navigate on a site, even after you click on the "Get Cash Back" button (even multiple times in the same visit), it continues to pop-up and get annoying. However, overall great extension. I use it all the time.

In general I like using this extension because it helps me remember to claim my rewards while shopping online. However, there is one annoying thing about the extension that I wish could be changed. When I am shopping on a site for a while, the extension will appear numerous times as I look at different pages asking me to activate it even if I have already clicked on it to activate it. Sometimes this gets in the way, so I wish a solution could be developed that once you activate the discount it does not show again unless you leave the website altogether and then come back again.

I like the convenience of having this helper on my desktop. I'd love for them to have an extension for my android that would work. I've been a member with upromise for a long time. It's a great way to rack up savings if you already shop on line.

It's great — when it works. I often find myself going through upromise.com, which defeats the whole purpose of this Chrome extension/plugin, just to make sure that a big purchase will be credited.
