Fable now has a Chrome Browser Extension that will easily allow you to add books to your lists. This feature can be helpful to add books that may be missing in the Fable catalog or to add books to your Fable reading lists.
Note: The Chrome Extension is still in beta. Currently this feature works on individual book pages that include an ISBN or ASIN.
To use the browser extension
1. In your browser go to https://fable.co
2. Login to your Fable account
3. Visit a book page of a book you wish to add to your list.

The ext is recognizing the book on Goodreads, but keeps prompting me to sign in on Fable even though I'm already signed in. Really frustrating.
Does not work
This worked for me 🙂 It took a few tries, but once I figured it out, it was fine. I had to use Goodreads instead of Amazon Kindle.
It doesn't work. It doesn't identify books from Goodreads, nor from Amazon itself!
It doesn't work at all on amazon and any such e-commerce sites. Thankfully it worked on goodreads,I followed the comments below for help.
Straight up doesn't work
I used to have no issue with the extension and now nothing shows up. I try searching the books on all apps and it still struggles to pull up the book.
It doesn't work 90% of the time. Such a bummer.
Das ist ein absoluter Gamechanger und macht Fable noch um einiges attraktiver für mich. Nicht mehr den Support anschreiben, damit sie meine fehlenden Bücher hinzufügen etc. :)
This doesn't work at all. I'm even in a Goodreads URL and it doesn't pull up the book's info --' Super annoying!
