Shoptagr is a great help to all my online shopping. I can get discount codes easily, make wishlists, get notifications, when things are back in stock or when things i want is on sale. I like it a lot even though it aint perfect. They don't spam your email and are very polite. But they dont work on a lot of EU sites, and sometimes the browser extension lack. But i think the pros outweigh the cons.
Just amazing.....It's really effortless to save items and it notifies you about price changes.
its really nice for when u are waiting for a sale and for finding coupons u can use
Its very good overall, im using it all the time and its most useful extension ive ever gotten.
Love the app and the deals
I've been an avid user of Shoptagr for about a year and I really loved it since it lets me see everything I planned/want to buy online visually in one place. I've noticed there was an new update on the overall look of the website and I don't mind it but I noticed multiple sorting abilities were removed. The first thing I noticed were the "Low - High" and "High to Low" sorters were removed. I hope they will it add back in the future. I used it a lot when I had a price I was willing to spend in mind when I went shopping for something. It also made it really easy to compare prices. The next thing I noticed was the multiple select feature is gone. -I've used this a lot when I'm just saving a bunch of items from one website at a time, with the plan to add them to a list later once I'm done. (it makes adding them to list way quicker) -I've also used this a lot when I had big change in what I wanted to buy causing me to delete a good amount of saved items since it was WAYYY faster. I also just use it when I'm deleting like 2+ items since it doesn't open up a tab of the item I just deleted which quickly gets annoying. I'd really like it if deleting an item was just a one click process. To prevent accidental item deletions and having to go through the process of trying to find that one item again, a recently deleted section that eventually deletes older deleted items permanently would be really nice. I still like Shoptagr and I'm still going to continue using it but removing those small features remove a big part that helped me actually buy something in the end (sale or not) and a ease while of using the website. I feel like Shoptagr should market the fact you can save and organized items which lets you find out when it goes on sale as a result more. It's what made me choose this app/add-on over others like Honey. I wish the best for the future of this app and the team behind it.
Nice to organize your wishlist and get some deals. Unfortunately, needs to add some shops yet...but I guess it will only improve with time....
amazing extension, just had it one day and already saved some money!! would recommend it to everyone!
Shoptagr is a brilliant idea and has a lot of potential, however the product design is not thoughtful enough. It has a bit of a 'designed by committee' feel. Especially if the app is focused on growth, management needs to avoid sacrificing thoughtful product design to meet short term advertising profit goals. More concretely: - Deleting an item from the dashboard is very slow and causes the website the item came from to be opened in another tab. This is a bug. - I'm not a huge fan of the large customer service button in the bottom right of the feed - it covers up items in the feed and could be placed less obtrusively in the header or the sidebar. - The Shoptagr button is massive, can't be moved, and sometimes show up on sites where it's useless. Manually disabling and enabling the extension when you shop is slow but fixes this issue. However, it causes more problems using the Shoptagr dashboard: a large animated prompt in the bottom left hand corner of the dashboard pops up, asking users to install the button! - The large animated prompt can't be dismissed and it distracts the eye constantly. This prompt needs to be dismissable. Alternatively Shoptagr could trigger the prompt if the user doesn't have the app installed, rather than when the button is disabled - Using the main list of saved items works well; however using any custom list is bad. - The list of custom lists is overly indented on both the left and the right, so on a regular sized screen the list is about 2cm wide and cuts of most of the label text. - Clicking an item in the list of custom lists causes a tag to pop up, as well as checking the item in the list. This is unnecessary excess UI - a select menu should be either a checklist or a series of highlightable tags, but not both. - Ads are placed in each of your lists. They change place in the list whenever you add a new set of items, detracting from the aesthetic of your list (something Shoptagr should want to maintain as it encourages users to buy the items). - Because these ads are slow to load there's a noticeable gap between the items in the list loading, and the ad loading and causing all the items to be rearranged. This makes Shoptagr slow and frustrating to view because as soon as you see the items, they all move around and you have to look at them again. This could be fixed by placing the ad in the first position every time.
Very epic. Found out through Frugal Aesthetic's YouTube channel.
