It worked well for me when I first installed it about a year ago.Got a replacement phone and needed to use the app to back up my old phone with my new phone. I could not get it to work wireless or hardwired. Finally, my phone rang and it popped up on my screen saying phone is paired to computer. I couldn't get the wording off the right side of my computer until I uninstalled the Sync app on my computer. I will reinstall one more time. If this doesn't work, I will not use the app any more. Moving on to Verizon app to manage my phone.

I've been trying to get this to work for days. I've made sure Samsung accounts were both Synced, Manually synced on both phone and browser extension. I reinstalled the browser extension and even reinstalled the Samsung browser on the Galaxy S7. The Samsung Sync extension simply doesn't work. It shows no devices, content at all. It's a shame, because this would be really useful.
