Used to be a fantastically useful and pretty much vital add-on which should have been a feature of Chrome in the first place, but now it simply doesn't work - clicking on the button brings up a tiny drop down menu with "Show all history" and settings but in fact does not display ANY of your recent history let alone let you edit any of it, therefore being useless. Please fix this, as right now there's no alternative extension which functions in the same way, which is quite frankly baffling given how much more clunky Chrome's built-in history page is.

I like the way it kept the history but I could never delete history using it, it would just act as if it was deleting I even left it on all night and it still hadn't deleted anything and this was only 3 days of browsing history.

Very nice add-on, love the interface and configuration options. 4 stars as like another reviewer mentioned the google analytics code that occurs every time the button's clicked makes the drop down menu feel too slow! To fix this myself I've added another extension called "Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on (by Google)", note this will block the Analytics code from all web sites (in other words you won't be tracked by Analytics), and as a result the recent history menu now pops up instantly, much better :-)

So few extension show recently closed tabs. This even has lots of options; even some to open in background tabs without closing the extension's pop-up window. It is much more than I was expecting.
