As a manager you know that efficiency stands or falls with delegating tasks to the right team members. Hiver is the tool we needed to delegate customer queries to the right staff member so each query can be dealt with quickly, and so that we can monitor progress. We use Hiver as an add-on to Gmail and they work really well together. The automated rules are a really powerful feature that allow us to auto-delegate many queries based on rules we have set up with the team. We've been using Hiver for about three months and I would have started using it sooner if I knew about it earlier.
Greatest email manager extension ever. My favorite feature is the automations, it can automate the tedious tasks that bog you down. Hiver can set up automatic email assignation based on keywords or sender, ensuring emails reach the right team member instantly! It can even generate prewritten responses for frequently asked questions, freeing your team's time. Can't recommend it enough!
Hiver is so helpful in not only staying organized within my team, but also for saving quick templates for responses that I find myself re using. I use the template feature to save different resources that with a click of a button I can embed into any email response. I also love being able to separate my personal emails from those that are assigned to me within Hiver.
Hiver makes collaboration, transparency, and organization very easy and effective. I had used Hiver at a previous company and didn't appreciate how helpful it was until I went to a new company and we didn't have it. After 6 months my new company got Hiver and it's so easy to assign tasks between team members and see the status of items. Added bonus of the approvals process. I love Hiver!

I was apart of a small 5 person customer success team that used this, and for our year long project it was exactly what we needed! if you have 100's of accounts that may email you on a day to day. basis, and need to divy them up, hiver is great!
