Poor training and no documentation on anything about this. It caused us a huge mess with our customer service team. Emails got messed up and orders lost. They refused to give us even a partial refund. NO NOT PAY THEM FOR A YEAR. If it does not work out they will keep your money. Every time I had to contact support I had to explain myself 3-4 times before they had any idea what I was asking. VERY upset with this company and the way they treat their customers. The software has cost us thousands for dollars in screwups and down time.

This is an absolutely sensational product and has had a significant impact upon my company and my personal inbox. Being able to comment, assign and follow up on the emails we receive, being able to have different actions taken on each email by assigning and reassigning emails has increased our customer experience. Great product. Really great. I ditched Streak CRM for it. It is a better fit for me.

Hiver fully replaced our Ticketing System. Yes, it's that simple!
Why am I paying for such a buggy extension? There is so much work that needs to be done on this, I can't tell you how many times it's stopped working. Uninstalling today.
