Solved our collaboration issue. no more email forwarding!
Setting this up is simple and it does everything it says it will. No tricks or hard to navigate UI. We use it to handle support emails coming in. They go to our shared label and available to 3 of us. At least one of us is always available so support emails get answered immediately. The best part is we can all see the replies as well as internal notes on the email thread so anyone can follow up at any time, seamlessly.
