The Meta Pixel Helper is a tool that helps you validate your pixel implementation and your business setup.The Meta Pixel Helper works in the background to look for conversion or Meta pixels and provides realtime feedback and optimizations for your setup.
A small number will appear on the Meta Pixel Helper icon to indicate number of pixel events. When clicked, a panel will expand to show a detailed overview of the page's pixels, including warnings, errors and successes. Is it working or not? Who knows - and the help files from FB suck.
Worked fine for a while but now it comes up with "Pixel did not load" on EVERYTHING. Others have confirmed that I do in fact have working pixels on these pages, and Facebook is picking up the information, it's just refusing to accept that it works. Very unhelpful!

Provides very little help when trying to debug Purchase events. Debugging information is miss leading. It doesn't help that the documentation relating to Facebook Pixel and Product Catalogues are poor quality and incomplete.

Fun fact one: If you dont fill in your app ID, the helper says "Facebook pixel loaded successfully". Not a single mention you missed the app id and thus you are tracking nothing. Fun fact two: If you open developers.facebook.com page about pixel helper, there are 10 codes detected by this extension. And 7 errors, of course. Good job facebook! At least you made me laugh...
Doesn't work typical badly written Facebook code. At least it is better than messenger on Android.
