Compré un mechero zippo personalizado el pasado lunes 1-8-22. Me informan por escrito que si lo pago ese día tendría disponible dicho mechero el sábado 6-8-22. Dicho regalo era para una persona especial. El sábado no me llega, el domingo tampoco y el Lunes 8 me pongo en contacto con esta empresa para saber a que se debe el retraso. En un principio me preguntan que ¿quién me había confirmado que se entregaba el sábado 6? a lo que yo respondo que ellos mismos mediante un e-mail. No me dan solución al problema en todo el Lunes y el martes 9 vuelvo a solicitar respuesta al problema y me comentan que el paquete de debe haber perdido en correos y que me ofrecen un 15% de descuento en mi próximo pedido y la devolución del dinero. ¿Creen que eso es una solución aceptable al problema que me han generado?. ¿Ustedes creen que yo voy a volver a pedirles algo teniendo en cuenta que no cumplen con sus plazos de entrega?. Como mínimo esperaba una solución en 24-48 horas en la que se ofrezcan a entregar dicho regalo de manera gratuita y la devolución del dinero por no cumplir con el plazo de entrega estipulado en un principio. No veo ni formalidad ni profesionalidad en la manera de proceder para solucionar el problema que me han ocasionado. A mi, como empresario, me daría vergüenza darles la solución que ustedes me han ofrecido.
