Group Leads for us is a saving Grace! When I started my Facebook Group, it was easy for me to manually copy and paste the answers of the welcome questions. Those questions gave me an insight as to what my group members are hoping to learn and benefit from the group so I could'nt but just endure to manually copy and paste each time. But as the group grew bigger, it became almost impossible for me and my team to manually get those information. At some point, we had to stop copying those information and would just accept members into the group. Everything changed ever since we started using Group Leads. Thanks to Jamiu for this amazing tools. We now get leads directly from our facebook group into mailchimp faster and easier than ever! The good thing is about the support - very humble, responsive, always willing to help and always welcome new suggestions even from trial users. I recommend Group Leads. It is an amazing tool to have.

This is a GREAT extension and has AWESOME customer support. Thank goodness for customer support. Since the setup documentation could be more clear (click that big red update button after EVERY entry you make in the setup process - after entering your spreadsheet url, after selecting your autoresponder, and again after entering your api settings for your autoresponder - and BE SURE YOU SEE THE RED APPROVE ALL button in your FB group on the member approval screen before you use the extension. Also - you can approve one person at a time to test, just by clicking the normal approve button next to their name. Unfortunately, I lost 22 leads before I contacted their super-awesome customer support. After walking me through the steps on a Zoom call, I understand this product much better and will continue using it. Plus, since I know customer support is so awesome and responsive, I know I can contact them with any questions I may have in the future.

Excellent product and amazing support! I was previously using Group Funnels which had some pretty limited functionality and lots of bugs.
