I had a very disappointing experience with Kraya. The service simply does not work as promised. From the beginning, there were constant issues, and none of the core functionalities delivered the results that were committed during the sales process. What’s more frustrating is that every time a problem is raised, the only response is, “Let’s get on a Zoom call.” These calls rarely lead to any real solution. It feels like a repetitive cycle of discussions without any actual fixes or improvements. Instead of resolving issues, it just ends up wasting more time. For a platform that is positioned as a premium solution, the level of support and execution is far below expectations. There is a clear gap between what is promised and what is delivered. Overall, it has been a waste of money and time. I would strongly recommend others to evaluate all options carefully before choosing Kraya, as the service did not meet even basic expectations in my experience.
