News Feed Eradicator removes the most addicting part of Facebook, Twitter and other social networks - the feed - and replaces it instead with an inspirational quote. You can still use the other functionality as usual, you just won't get sucked into the attention hole.

This app is wonderful -- one feature I would love is the ability to place a password on changing settings, so I can give my wife the password to prevent my lack of self control!
This is very effective, my only issue is that it seems to also block the "feeds" of some of my Facebook Groups. I would like to see the ability to choose to not block such feeds, or to simply remove blocking of them, I feel like if you're going to a specific group, you are intending to read the posts there, how else are you going to consume that content??
