This is where News Feed Eradicator comes in.
News Feed Eradicator removes the most addicting part of Facebook, Twitter and other social networks - the feed - and replaces it instead with an inspirational quote. You can still use the other functionality as usual, you just won't get sucked into the attention hole.

Absolute God-send. I'm not a big social media person, so Facebook and Instagram were never huge concerns, but YouTube plagued my university career to no end. Thank you so much for adding the ability to eradicate YouTube feeds from my life - words cannot express how huge of an impact it's had on me.
