This is where News Feed Eradicator comes in.

News Feed Eradicator removes the most addicting part of Facebook, Twitter and other social networks - the feed - and replaces it instead with an inspirational quote. You can still use the other functionality as usual, you just won't get sucked into the attention hole.

It'd be great if the extension was a bit customizable based on what we want to see in the newsfeed and what not rather than just not seeing anything. In my case I'd like to see what my friends / close friends post or share on fb but not adds or so.

Good extension. Only issue I have is that I manage a Facebook feed for work, and can't manage it if I can't see its posts. If there was a way to have it block the news-feed, unless I'm on certain pages, that would be amazing

I never in my life went to give a review just like that, but for this plugin, it's incredible the benefits that it made to my life. Instead of losing my time on facebook, it motivates me in doing more and being a better person with those fantastic quotes... I had to stop, come here and leave a review for the benefits it brought to my life, no joke.

Cumpre o que promete, mas pode melhorar. Precisa de um botão liga/ desliga e não só ativar ao acessar o Facebook ou clicando na extensão, é preciso ter acesso ao freed de noticia quando a gente quiser e não ficar no vazio. Ótimo como isolador. Mas para não ver o que acontece no Facebook, basta eu não entrar no Facebook. Melhorem a extensão e eu reativo (Y)

I LOVE this! One slight constructive criticism, though. If any of the developers are reading this, please add more inspirational quotes more often. I love spamming my newsfeed so everyone else will see them.
