News Feed Eradicator removes the most addicting part of Facebook, Twitter and other social networks - the feed - and replaces it instead with an inspirational quote. You can still use the other functionality as usual, you just won't get sucked into the attention hole.

Effective, but I don't get why there is no toggle for the news feed blocker. As it stands, the only [obvious] way to disable it is to uninstall the add-on. I don't think you want people to uninstall your app for such a simple fix. Obviously, as people who use this add-on are clearly users of Facebook, perhaps we'd like to see the news feed during non production hours. Just a thought! For its sole purpose though, it has certainly bought me more productivity time, so I cannot complain too much. Thank you for making this. Functionality toggle would definitely get you 5 stars from me.
Any chance of extending this to chrome on mobile. Or for the android app?
