Having the same problem others have had. It dominates everything I do on my Windows and Android devices, rearranging bookmarks, putting deleted ones back, or failing to sync new ones. Seriously considering just removing the app, never using Safari again, and just using Chrome on my iPhone. Apple, seriously, get back to making tech that works better than the competition's.

I can't figure out where to delete and rearrange the apps. Any changes I make are deleted and the original list reappears. There was a glitch and I have about 30 copies of the same folder on BOTH systems. And I have about 4 copies of the rest of the folders. Not happy. I'm disabling this app.
