To provide website visitors the ability to prevent their data from being collected and used by Google Analytics, we have developed the Google Analytics opt out Browser extension for the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js, dc.js).
If you want to opt out, download and install the extension for your web browser. In order to function, the opt out extension must be able to load and execute properly on your browser. Updates to your browser or operating system may affect the functionality of the opt out extension. More information about managing your extensions for Chrome can be found at https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/187443?hl=en_GB.

Great, but on most pages I get the following error: Uncaught TypeError: Failed to execute 'insertBefore' on 'Node': 2 arguments required, but only 1 present. gaoptout.js:1 Please fix this small issue.
Buena idea, pero no es útil si no puedo discriminar en las paginas quiero que actúe.

Used to work. Now it simply won't.
Doesn't seem to work anymore with latest (38.0.2125.24 beta-mbeta update)
There is not useful if I can't exclude only some sites or UAs. No es útil si no puedo sólo excluir algunos sitios o UAs.
Needs to allow opting out of specific domains only. That said surely having an option within Google Analytics to opt out from certain or all analytics tracking of analytics account under the current Google account would be vastly better. That way you could be automatically opted out of tracking for every new analytics account you manage without having to think about it ever again just by virtue of being logged into your Google account.

It works fine for me. Im on my website and in Real Time panel on Analytics and does not show myself in :) A must for developers. --- Funciona bien. Estoy en uno de mis sitios y en el panel de Tiempo Real de Analytics no me muestra como visita :) Ideal para desarrolladores.
