Literally all I wanted, PREFECT <3
My machine's fan is no longer screaming! Chrome tab no longer freezing! I'm not having to wait for the input box to unfreeze or catch-up to me typing. No more waits! Fixing up delayed ghost typing once it appears... etc, freeeking etc! Mate, I think this is my first ever extension review and thank you so much. You are a star!

It patches the global fetch function to trim the API response, nice! This is the way to go!
In the settings, you can specify a maximum of 200 messages. A higher number would be preferable.
Simple and straight forward, cut down the chat history and only keep a limited amount of history visible in the browser without impacting the usability, significantly reduce the lag when using chatgpt!
