The import stops soon after we minimize or click anywhere as the importer window is auto closed after we click anywhere in chrome. Extension crashes a lot.

NOTE: Some users of Woocommerce may encounter "Connection error" error while importing. Possible reasons for this type of error can be as follows: 1. You have "MOD Security" enabled on your server, you will need to contact your hosting provider to whitelist your "Import link" in it. 2. You have installed any security plugin in your WordPress like "Wordfence Security" etc., you will need to whitelist your "Import Link" in your security plugin settings. 3. The iconv php extension is not installed on your server or the function does not work. 4. Your server is unable to handle large requests because your server limit is low, so the server returns an error of 'Request Entity Too Large' with a 413 status code. For this you have to increase the limit of your server. Refer this article to fix this error https://www.wpkube.com/how-to-fix-413-request-entity-too-large-wordpress-error/ You can find your Import link in the plugin settings page in your wp-admin panel. Also you can contact us at [email protected], we will investigate the issue and fix it immediately if there is a problem.

we can't import product variations, it pulls data like manufacturer or brand instead of attributes for variations.

This extension does not work, it stays on import loading screen, and never imports the product. I have tried numerous times, and waited as long as 15 minutes, and never had a single item import.

Hi, I use you presta addon and chrome addon since 2 days, it's very helpfull to import my ebay listing to my prestashop website, thank you ! I have just one question, when i import one objet, i can't import the serial number, i can just import object id as references in prestashop, but i want to import the serial numer i've putted on ebay list, if you have a solution to modify that this will be perfect, it's just for that i don't put five stars. Bye

It works fine but they should update it so that the checkbox marks will be saved. Having to uncheck and check to import each product when im going to import becomes heavy. Hope they update it with this functionality.
