Universal Status Bar is a Chrome browser extension designed to add a persistent and customizable status bar at the bottom of all web pages you browse. Say goodbye to frequently switching tabs or applications; get the information you care about quickly, right at the bottom of your current page.

**Core Features:**

* **Global Display:** Stably displays a status bar at the bottom of almost all web pages, fixed in position, and does not scroll with the page.

* **Modular Information:** The status bar content consists of multiple independent modules. You can freely choose to enable, disable, and even adjust their display order.

* **Rich Modules:**

* **Included by Default:** Current time and date, page load time, collapse/expand button, settings entry.

It being the only thing out there that does close to what should be 100 percent immutable behavior grants many stars The content should not be able to escape the browser. The browser should not be displaying things in the content area. Wish it could show information about what my mouse and text cursors give focus / is covering and jquery transactions in the background. Chrome is completely untrustable without some of these basic features. This kinda puts some of it back
