# Description
Blocks unwanted media autoplay on websites, with per-site permission control.
## Note
This extension is compatible with all Chromium based browsers such as: Brave, Chrome, Edge, Opera, Vivaldi, etc.
Some browsers such as such as [Brave](https://brave.com), [Edge](https://www.microsoft.com/edge), [Vivaldi](https://vivaldi.com), or [Firefox](https://www.firefox.com) already have proper browser based autoplay blocking support. Just enable the browser's built-in autoplay blocking feature in the settings.

Videos on Youtube start playing automatically when opened in full screen mode.
To prevent the audio to be played one second after the page loads, you should mute all new tabs until your stop function acts on the page then unmute and rewind the affected video to the start if possible.

This is a great extension, and it works for me! Please don't stop the development due to the botted negative reviews. It works on youtube and twitch, atleast for me. Keep up the great work!

Downloaded this extension to make roblox game's pages stop automatically starting to play youtube videos in the game's thumbnails. IT WORKED. finally, thank gosh, they won't auto-play anymore. Some of these yt videos in the thumbnails section of the roblox games even play ads.... Ridiculous, and no way to stop the auto-playing of these game thumbnail videos. But this extension worked. Thank you.
