I heard about Ratepunk extension from a coworker. I tried it and was surprised to see how much I saved. It shows cheaper deals while I browse and makes booking hotels so much easier.
I installed Ratepunk on Chrome last week. It showed me a hotel deal that saved me a lot. Now I use it for every trip and hotel search.

So far, it’s been a disappointment and feels like a scam, because at first they give you a seemingly affordable price, but once you subscribe, they inform you that the basic plan doesn’t include essential services, and each of those has an additional cost. So, if you want a premium-level service, you end up paying several times more. And the advertising is based on the premium service, which clearly makes it a case of misleading advertising.
