Adblocker For Yahoo Mail™ is a Google Chrome extension that automatically block ads and sponsored links from the new Yahoo Mail interface while maximising the reading panel.
Use this adblock when you are reading your email.
What differentiates this extension from most common ad blockers that it is purpose built for Yahoo Mail and unlike many other ad blockers it doesn't leave a space where ads used to
be by carefully adjusting the styles of remaining elements to fill the space. The extension creates a clean distraction-free environment without annoying blinking ads and commercials.
Version 3.0.1
Fixed a bug where ads were still showing because Yahoo Mail changed their ad code. Now the ad block feature should be working again.

BUT IT DOES NOT EVEN WORK ?!?
Yahoo has figured out how to turn this off. When the ads start showing up again you have to go into extensions and change the permission to exclude yahoo.com
Won't stay on now.
This has stopped working for ads that appear in the YM inbox.
Used to work- but no longer (without any web explanation)
A sham does nothing!
Does absolutely nothing. All the adds are still there. Can't give it zero stars like it deserves.
Stopped working. Now useless.
It seems to work, for the ads in-between emails. However, it does not/no longer collapses the (also-blocked) side ad.
It is NOT working now, it used to work great. What happened?
