SCAM! Have to pay to use any of the features. and even after you pay, it's so unreliable, UI is clunky, buttons don't work. WATE OF MONEY. Just a bunch of button that keep reminding you to pay. Tried the paid version. Still useless. The free version has so many more limits than what is mentioned in the description. Found another extension that offers all these features for FREE. No limit. Do yourself a favor and search until you find the other one (I'm not gonna share it here) Absolutely do not recommend this one.

Review of the ChatGPT & Claude - Easy Folders Extension Initially promising, the Easy Folders extension for ChatGPT turned out to be a letdown after installation. The advertised features such as chat folder creation, bookmarking, and bulk deletion are locked behind a premium version, which was not transparent upfront. Users can only trust that these features are as functional as depicted in images since testing most of them requires a purchase. This approach can be frustrating for those expecting full access without additional costs. The potential for improved productivity and organization is there, but it's gated by a paywall, which diminishes the initial enthusiasm for the extension.

Great Extension. But it upsets me that the list of free features are not brought up in the website. I had to install the extension and angrily create test folders just to know what's the maximum and I was ready to come back here and give a 1 start rating if the limit was less than 5 folders. But I'm satisfied with 5 free folders and it feels fair. I think it's common practice for transparent SaaS to include a free plan card in the pricing page with bullets points of what you'll get and what you'll miss out on if you chose the free plan.

You are not clear about how you handle our data and what you do with it. Do you load parts of some chats or all the chats of users who use your extension? I don't understand how Google can allow an extension to directly 'read all the chats' as it is displayed in a popup when we start your extension, without first asking for the user's consent. This goes against respect for the user, their data, and their privacy. You said that your data: Will not be sold to third parties outside of approved use cases. Will not be used or transferred for purposes unrelated to the core functionality of the item. Will not be used or transferred to determine your creditworthiness or to offer you a loan. This mention raises more questions and does not reassure users. You have responded to an inquiry with the following: 'All of the network requests related to session cookies & token are made to official OpenAI endpoints and nowhere else. I am very strict on privacy and aim to keep all user data on their local machine. The only data that is stored in our databases are the unique chat IDs - and that is needed to preserve the folder structure when syncing between multiple machines.' While this response clarifies that only chat IDs are stored to maintain folder structure, the information provided on the extension page does not reassure users. Clearer and more transparent information about how user data is handled and protected would help alleviate concern Please provide more detailed information on data handling practices. In any case, I request that you immediately delete all data you may have stored (if it is the case) or provide instructions on how I can delete it if you can't. Thank you. EDIT: I like your explanation and your fast response so, back to 5 stars :-) You are clear, the extension is good, i was just worry about the data and as mentionned before the mentions on the extension page raises more questions and does not reassure users (at least, me ;-) ). This extension has made my chat management so much more efficient. I love that I can create folders for different topics and easily add chats to them. The search function is also very powerful, and bookmarking important chats is a great feature as well. i would totally recommend
