Wow, I love it , simple to use, the navigation is so simple for a beginner like me, it supports zoom, rotate, pan, and scroll images with improved controls, flip images horizontally and vertically, pixelate images for viewing pixel art, and lossless formats.it also enhances images on AI assistant sites as i can view all conversation images in gallery view.the best thing is that image viewer works with local files and incognito mode
advanced navigation is the best part because you can pan and zoom using smooth mouse controls which makes looking at massive files or intricate diagrams feel effortless social and ai integration really helps because it strips away the messy headers on reddit
this tool completely transformed how i interact with media online because i was getting tired of the basic and cramped way chrome handles direct image links i tried it out while browsing some detailed concept art and the ability to center the image against a custom dark background made a huge difference
I started using this Image Viewer because in 2026, the default chrome image experience still feels like it hasn't been updated since the dialup era. when i open a highres asset or an ai generated image, i don't want it shoved into the top-left corner against a stark white background. i really like that this extension turns the browser into a professional lighttable. it is a total win for my design first workflow, especially when i’m auditing galleries on reddit or cleaning up my chatgpt research threads.
