🦺 The 1Password nightly is for adventurous folks who enjoy living on the cutting edge. It's updated frequently with less-tested features and improvements, and is intended to be used alongside the nightly channel of the 1Password desktop app.
This extension requires a 1Password membership. If you don't have one yet, you can sign up when you install the extension and try one free.

Constantly looses connection to the desktop app
@all Be aware, this is the NIGHTLY build! Not the production one. Search for "1Password – Password Manager" << this works fine
I am not sure what happened in the April, 2nd 2026 update, but it causing many issues with the password extension being a blank window in Google Chrome as well as not populating updated passwords. This is bad enough that I would recommend to anyone asking, "DO NOT USE 1Password". Find any other password manager...
I am experiencing issues with this extension. When I click on the icon, only a blank white window appears and nothing happens. As a result, I have to use the desktop application, which is less convenient. Please investigate and fix this issue.
Realistically, any non-OS-integrated password manager will be a hassle, but having the ability to use it on most devices is priceless.
Been using this for couple of years but recently i'm having so much issues with the password manager. It keeps crashing and not opening. Reinstalled the extension and still the same. Planning to cancel and move on to something else.
Anytime chrome browser gets updated, I have to remove the extension and re-add it. Really annoying.
Omg please get rid of that annoying popup when a password exists for a website. I much prefer it to just drop down when I select the username or password field. The new popup is entirely unnecessary and not user friendly when there are multiple logins for a site.
When will it be possible to have the integration feature enabled with the Opera GX browser, please? Thank you in advance.
Used to be good keeps crashing. Plus I hate reloading all the time and wish It would just stay longed in.
