Very easy and intuitive. New users should take the time to learn the tool. Their suite of products is excellent and worth the time to learn.

Been a fantastic password manager. It has been better than LastPass which stopped being an option for me a year or two ago. No complaints.
Excellent password and alias manager.
Excellent product, part of an excellent suite of services. I'd be lost without my password/passkey/secure notes manager.
I love it. It's so convenient and I trust its security. I can even upload my 2FA secret keys into it and use the one-time pass codes my authenticator app uses directly from Proton Pass. Good stuff and saves time.

Muito bom
I can't figure out how to use this!! I stupidly made an alias for a shopping site and now I can't figure out how to disable the alias. You'd think that clicking "Disable Alias" would do the trick. Nope!! I got a message saying that my ACTUAL e-mail would be sent to the shopping site requesting to unsubscribe. HUH?? So I tried deleting the alias in the extension. But the message I got said that "the alias would still continue to forward emails while it's in the trash." HUH?? So then I tried to find the trash and delete the alias from the trash. There is no trash!!! What a hot mess!! It's almost as disappointingly useless as Simple Login, which constantly tells me I can't make anymore logins because I haven't paid for the service, even though I **have** paid for it--a ton of money apparently just thrown away. Proton has become such a dumpster fire. Nothing works, nothing makes sense, instructions are gibberish, and they keep taking my money.
Get's the job done, and having all of the other feature, including VPN, email, etc. is a great deal, The one thing that matter most is the promise of privacy!
