This is what I needed. All the other volume control extensions require you to switch to the tab to control it's volume. This one lists all the tabs, like the windows volume mixer does for apps and lets you turn down the volume of each independently. If anyone has an issue upon installing where it doesn't list the tabs, try restarting the browser. That's what happened in my case, but after restarting, it listed them all properly. Either way. GG, Gagan Bindoria. Perfect extension for my needs!

Edit: Fixed, however the audio in youtube music starts jumping momentarily... when using it with youtube music the volume suddenly changes to what is set on the site every minute or so, hopefully this gets solved UI and multi window support is nice

This extension is really great for controlling tab volumes, but there's one thing: when I have multiple Chrome windows open, it only picks up tabs from one of them. It would be nice to have a way to see and switch between tabs from both windows. Still, it’s awesome overall! Edit (again): this new version works really well, good job
