In the past it's worked great. The new version seems to have issues with gmail (emails not displaying and gchat not working properly.)
Simply - lifesaver. The more ads you block, the more eco-friendly you are.
Received a number of complaints that my emails were very large. Checked the raw emails I have been sending to find that it is lots of obfuscated code with keywords concerning ad's and ad block all though it making my emails 270kb for only 1 line of text!
Doesn't block hulu video ads as advertised.
This app is just a phenomena! I've been using it for 10 months and it just makes life easy, no more stupid adds and images on the side or in the middle of your page or email. By far, this is the most useful app on my PC, phone, or other devices.
No CPU problem, works fine on I7 2600k No longer this anoying adds on every web page, looks quite empty. For the maker: Thanks mate!
Same thing as the Aug 9,2011 post said huge CPU usage (was watching a movie and had chrome open - laptop overheated and crushed took me 2 min till it let me turn it back on). I DONT RECOMEND IT. (Only if u got a core i7, and have the money to pay the electricity bill) :P Everything else is good. CURENTLY USING "Adblock plus" (hope it won’t fail me)
It worked great until one day it decided to be incompatible with gchat, making it impossible to type into it.
