I figured out the problem described below. The app had somehow gotten disabled. I found the place to check the app properties and re-enabled it. On one computer I had to disable and enable it to make it work. But after getting it enabled again it is now working on all three computers. This is a cool app to help with finding people in your family. I haven't upgraded to the purchased version yet but have seen it and the free version as well. Have used the free version and once I get past the enabling problem it works great. The purchased version has some cool additional features and I expect to upgrade. I have installed this on 3 computers. The first computer it worked great. I left it for 2 weeks and came back and the hope chest icon is missing. I can't access it. Installed on a second computer tonight. Google Apps shows it is installed but no icon on the Family Search page. So I installed to a third computer. This time I get the icon and can access it. But the question is, how long??? If the icon doesn't show even when the computer thinks it is installed then the app isn't worth much. Tech support might help if there was such a thing. Oh well.

Until my recent problem when i click a link to FT from the Hope Chest I get a server error. Am I the only one and can this be reset without losing all entries in the box?

Super useful! Takes a TON of clicking out of finding those whose work hasn't been done. Keep up the incredible work!

Wouldn't go past 2 generations the first time I tried it. Now it's working GREAT!!! If at first you don't succeed, try again! (A half a week later.)

This is a great application, and works great. So far this has found a lot of ordinances to be done, but 90% of the ancestors need to be merged with a duplicate ancestor whose ordinances WERE done. So mostly this is showing me a lot of people that need to be merged.
