The Save to Google Drive Chrome extension helps you save web content or browser screenshots to your Google Drive.
* Adds a browser action to save the current page.
* Adds a right-click context menu to save hyperlinks and media.
* Configurable through an options page.
This extension allow you to save web content directly to Google Drive through a browser action or context menu. You can save documents, images, and HTML5 audio and video all by right clicking and selecting 'Save to Google Drive'. You can save the currently viewed page using the 'Save to Google Drive' browser action. The directory location and format of saved HTML pages can be controlled with the extension's options page (Choice of Entire image (default), Visible image, Raw HTML, MHTML, or Google Doc). You can automatically convert Microsoft Office files or comma separated files to Google Docs format.
After your content is saved, the progress dialog allows you to open the file, rename, or view the file in the Google Drive document list. From the document list, you can organize and share your new document.

Really useful extension A few things to make it even better. 1.Saved images look blurry, please fix this. 2.Add quick crop tool 3.Add save as PDF. with those 3 things fixed this extension will perfect for me.

После того как эта программа стала урезать названия сохранённых файлов, она стала бесполезной. А так программка нормальная.
it was totally rubbish
It does what it says, though I think it requires a little more functionality for me to use it. The program needs to allow the user to choose which folder an individual file will be saved to, instead of having a generic file destination. It is currently easier for me to download the file to my computer, and then navigate to the google drive folder I want it saved in; than to upload it to a generic folder, navigate to the generic folder, select to move the file and then navigate to the folder I want to move it to. There are less operations in my method making it easier not to use this program.

HOT TIP: In Windows, enter c: in a browser tab to save local files! This also works well for most online files, even for big ones, and not just png's or whatever people are complaining about. (Right click on file/link > Save to Google Drive.) Problems for me tend to be with files that I think Google's virus scanners dislike, such as code it doesn't understand inside of zips/rars.
