The Save to Google Drive Chrome extension helps you save web content or browser screenshots to your Google Drive.
* Adds a browser action to save the current page.
* Adds a right-click context menu to save hyperlinks and media.
* Configurable through an options page.
This extension allow you to save web content directly to Google Drive through a browser action or context menu. You can save documents, images, and HTML5 audio and video all by right clicking and selecting 'Save to Google Drive'. You can save the currently viewed page using the 'Save to Google Drive' browser action. The directory location and format of saved HTML pages can be controlled with the extension's options page (Choice of Entire image (default), Visible image, Raw HTML, MHTML, or Google Doc). You can automatically convert Microsoft Office files or comma separated files to Google Docs format.
After your content is saved, the progress dialog allows you to open the file, rename, or view the file in the Google Drive document list. From the document list, you can organize and share your new document.

i don't understand this google chrome extension. I followed all the instructions from google on how I am going to intall and configure this extension but it didn't work.
It works, but it would be better if you could select the folder each time you save a web page or document.

Розширення не робить найголовнішого, не зберігає у файл Google Doc виділений на сторінці фрагмент, а зберігає всю сторінку повністю. От що з нею робити? Якщо розробники зроблять таку можливість поставлю 5 зірочок.
Funciona bien, pero como mínimo debería permitir elegir la carpeta destino antes de guardar e independientemente de las opciones generales de la extensión. Supongo que la opción de guardar en pdf ya es mucho pedir...

Cette extension a de gros problèmes. J'ai voulu l'utiliser pour enregistrer des images dans Gdrive mais : 1) c'est extremement lent, j'ai plus vite fait d'enregistrer sur mon disque dur et d'upload sur Gdrive manuellement. 2) j'ai plusieurs comptes google ( normal, pro et poubelle ) et cette extension me demande quasi a chaque fois de choisir sur qul drive je veux transférer, sans garder en mémoire le dernier compte utilisé 3) ça me redemande mon adresse de compte et mot de passe quasi à chaque fois 4) ça ouvre une petite fenêtre qu'il faut fermer manuellement à chaque fois En gros, c'est lent et pénible.
should be open drive not save to it! or at least give the option
Useful!: save a website visible or complete as .png or .html or webarchive.
