I enjoyed it on my other browsers but on this one, i have to hit the button multiple times, it doesn't carry over to the next page that I open and the place to enter the swag codes is nowhere to be found

Most of the time, it does not work right. ! time out of ten it will record a purchase, Only small amounts it works on, Not my 60 inch TV. It keeps asking to be initialized time after time. Sometimes 50 or more times during the same log on. It does let me know of a new code to redeem. but is that worth a lousy app's minus zero performance? I admit that I am seriously considering deleting it. I don't think they want to fix anything at swagbucks since that would diminish their bottom line. ...it keeps popping up when it is not wanted or AFTER THE APP'S APPROVAL WILL REAPPEAR MANY TIMES. It is a garbage app. iT SCREWS AROUND AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

I love swagbucks! Have been a member for a long time and use the extension. If it pops up too much I hide it and go to it when shopping. It is not a big deal to do that and the money you save is amazing. My favorite money saving site and extension. A++++

I love the Swagbutton! It pops up reminding me to activate the cash back - and sometimes that's on sites I didn't know I could earn at, so that's a bonus! I also love that it's a quick way to get to the website to check my points, etc. Highly recommend using this tool! Although it is highly annoying at times, espically when it pops up where your other taps are and it does pop up alot.

The latest redsign of the button is MUCH better than the old one in terms of ease-of-use. It's working really well now on Windows 10, at least. But, I don't use my phone for shopping, so I don't know about the mobile app. I use Brave for my default browser and keep security high for everything I don't explicitly white-list- I don't have much, if any, problem with pop-ups so many people complain about, so I think it's because many have dropped basic security because it forces you to take a second or two to think about the risk.

It is great for entering Swag codes when I can get them before they expire. It is very annoying having the popup show up after I have closed it whenever I refresh a web page. I would like to see an option to "pause" the popup until or if I need it. I have two other money earning (rebate type) options available on the browser and they will stay closed a lot longer which means they are much less annoying.

I love this extension! Most of the day I am trading stocks, reading my emails, etc. When popups alerts me to a new code it only takes me 30 seconds to answer and then I continue with my business. Since I work at home, I do my SwagBucks business rom 4 a.m. to 7 a.m.

Let me start by saying I've been with Swagbucks for years and have received tons of $$ in rewards. So this site definitely DOES work. BUT the button seems very glitchy. MANY times it doesn't pick up a purchase at an approved site, even AFTER I've clicked to activate it. Then I have to go through the process of getting SB to credit me.....which have you tried to deal with their help desk/customer service? It's insanely slow, and they make you jump through a TON of hoops. If you don't fill out a form jusssstttt right then it says it will close your ticket. Their "help" is very frustrating to deal with. I just wish it would work the way it's supposed to. Like I said though, the site does pay out but this button......meh
