A lot of the time you activate the button to make a purchase and it never registered. Swagbucks does not care that their product sucks. They may even count on it to keep from paying out. Going to try another service instead.

I have used Swagbucks for quite sometime. I cannot remember having any problems, and if I did, I would send them a quick note and the problem was resolved. It's a great way to purchase gift cards.

It is helpful for when I forget to go to the Swagbucks site to shop. It will pop up and I can click to get my points activated. An issue with that; if I'm taking time to shop, it will go back to not clicked and I can miss my points. Not sure if I'm making sense on that. I now go back to the button and reclick to make sure it's activated before checking out. It seems there is a time limit to stay active.

The extension works for the most part, but annoyingly the extension even after enabling the cash back on stores it will still show the pop up in the corner saying you can earn X% back despite it being active in the extension still. Also I noticed when this happens the symbol in the lower right is yellow meaning it's not active despite it still saying it's active in the button's menu. If this issue were to be fixed, and if there was an option to disable the cash back reminder pop up this extension would consistently be installed. Also it'd be useful if the settings would show up inside the SwagButton menu instead of opening it's own tab in Chrome to show the settings.
