The shop & Earn feature is borderline fraudulent, all of my larger purchases through shop & earn somehow magically don't get detected and they never credit me with the points, customer service is borderline non existent and can't even stick to their self imposed 10-day reply time, but when they do reply they still give you a copy-paste answer shirking any responsibility.

I have probably earned several hundred dollars in gift cards through Swagbucks. I like the extension because it alerts me when I'm shopping online if a website I visit will give me cashback. The extension is better now than it used to be. I'm happy to see the green check mark when I have activated swagbucks!

The extension is good, for identifying deals associated with Swagbucks and other coupons; however it is one of the most annoying extensions I have ever used. About 80% of the time, I still have to contact Swagbucks for purchases even after using the extension - which makes it pointless. Swagbucks has yet to resolve any issues with it. I constantly have to uninstall/reinstall it depending on what other websites I am visiting or work I am doing. It is not friendly with many other apps that also require pop-ups and flash. It crashes Chrome often and becomes "glitchy". If they removed the pop-up box upon loading of webpages, I do believe that would help.
