GhostText is a browser extension that connects to your editor via its own extension. Install both extensions and, if necessary, start the GhostText server in the editor’s extension.

Pure magic! I use this with the GhostText plugin for SublimeText. Makes editing wikis much easier.
Great extension. However, it's a bit inconvenience when having multiple Sublime Text windows. Can it be allowed to choose which editor window to start editing?
