Shimejis are little characters or desktop buddies that play around on the sites you visit. They interact with the elements on the page. You control their behavior. Pick them up with your mouse pointer, drag them around, and drop them where you want. They can walk, crawl, climb, and jump all over the place. To have a little bit more fun you can also let them throw elements from a web page. They interact with all your favorite web sites. There are many shimeji characters to choose from. Each character has its own custom behavior.
This browser extension brings shimejis to the web and that is why it is available on your desktop computer running Windows, Mac, or Chrome OS.
New in version 2.0:
- Each character has its own behavior.
- You can throw shimejis around with inertia.
- Shimejis will interact with elements on the page.

I loved this extension on my older Chromebook and it worked fine but now that I tried it on my new current one, it keeps saying; "error has occurred" I read other reviews and it has happened to other people as well. I tried seeing if settings was a possible issue or even checked if it couldn't work on google like other extensions?? Is there a way to fix it yet or are they working on it?
In short, if you want a computer Tamagotchi that can't die... This is for you. Though its not up to date Why not have Ice King run around your computer screen and suddenly take your whole essay! The extension is extremally cute, I got it a few years ago due to a friend and I'm satisfied with my 707! (My computer pet) I just gotten a new computer and never faced any difficult problems. (Except when they steal things and mess up the whole program-) Its always a quick page reset or a "Dismiss" but when i first got it i had to take off ad blockers now with my new computer it works just fine. I do wish there were more charters to uh... own? (this hasn't updated since 2018 or 2017 if I'm right.) But, I don't mind my 707.

it is not working it keeps saying unexpected error accord
still waiting for new shimejis its almost been few years since the last I like but this is taking to long
"An unexpected error has occurred." pops up on my screen when I try to pick a skin. Fix this!!! 😡
