The Pinterest button has stopped working and is grayed out on my Mac in Chrome (latest version). Mac OS 10.14.6. Pinterest was working fine until today or yesterday. There was a new version on Feb. 29, two days ago, and I wonder if that is the reason it stopped working?

This new updated extension does not work as others have stated. There is no help on the developer side to try to remedy this. Not worth downloading.

It was working great, but after the last update, it turned gray and won't pin anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and now the button is red again, but it doesn't do anything when I click it, no matter what site I'm on. I've tried all the suggested fixes and rebooted my laptop, but nothing's working.

My button suddenly stopped working in Chrome. It's SO frustrating. I've uninstalled, cleared cache, reinstalled, restarted... everything and neither browser will work (nor will the links from websites that offer a 'Pin It' option. It was annoying enough that it hadn't worked in Safari forever and I was having to go over to Chrome just to pin things. Now it doesn't work anywhere and I'm so annoyed. My browsers and systems are all up to date.

Have happily used this extension for years, now after updating it, it no longer works. The button is greyed out and nothing happens when I click it or hover over an image I want to pin. Sad.

Sounds like a bad update since so many people have had the same issue in the same time span. My button has been grey for several days and there are no pin it buttons when I hover over images on web pages either
