I first discovered and tried this extension for Opera, I found it really useful and so I decided I wanted to have it on Chrome too. :)
Great. Works just as advertised. Can help quickly discover fake profiles and all the places your GF's pic is posted
This is excellent. Someone sends you a photo of them, you can see where else it is on the interweb. Someone just replied in a forum "I can't find the original post, but here are the pics". Boom! Tineye finds the original post. It's very handy if you need something like that.
Very useful and handy, although tineye wasn't as good at finding images as google's reverse image search.
The actual functionality is good, but is AD-SUPPORTED. All of a sudden, single word blue linked ads everywhere. Do not download.
TinEye is no longer worth using. Far better results just using Google Image search.

Simple, neat...makes finding other copies of images you like (in sizes you may want) easy across the www.
Ok for all you bad reviews, I was using TinEye for long time, even before it was an extention... It actually came out WAY before google came out with their image search which after which put a big damper on tineye... both have their own databases, thus both give different results... Tin Eye seems to find better matches especially on changed images, while google tends to match for color spectrum if you notice you get very similar images matched more.. So if you cant find an image on tin eye, try google, and visa versa... My suggestion for TinEye, do something google won't/cant - Make ability to show some sort of # of matches real tiny in corner of an image perhaps as a preference you could turn on - if clicked bring up tineye match page ... great for fake profiles and finding graphics people stealing from your website.
