Use this extension to add videos to your Video Notebook (app.videonotebook.com). It works on YouTube.com, Udemy.com, Coursera.com, Meet.google.com, and Vimeo.com.

You can take your own screenshots and notes while watching videos on those sites, or just sit back and let the extension capture AI Slides and AI Notes for you. All notes have timestamps that you can click on to start the video from that point.

Notes for all videos you’ve added to Video Notebook appear on your web app, app.videonotebook.com. There, you organize your videos into notebooks. For AI Notebooks, you get rich AI features like:

- AI Assistant:

- Ask questions just like you do to ChatGPT.

- The answers are tailored to what’s in the course videos, not random Internet content.

how it works?..its not working at all

Export option is not good, when we export in pdf form it does not seem good, export takes a lot of time, Automatic Screen shot taking is not visible all the time and does not work properly too without this options, I am using this extension for a long time and it does good job.

Very helpful, helped me a lot with my exam preparation. Just the AI driven captions need some work, otherwise very effective tool to take notes from videos easily. EDIT: Ever since I posted my review, the app has just proven to be extremely glitchy. The manual slide capturing doesn't register screenshots and only registers screenshots taken in through the use of the AI tool. Additionally PDF export option isn't working as material that shows up online doesn't get registered when exported via PDF. Just a blank document is downloaded instead of the material I have captured wrt the slides.

I've been using this software for a few hours, and it's not working properly. In particular, the export feature is very slow. I spent five hours working on a project and then had to wait for the results. This is not working for me, and I am very tired.

Could you please allow to take notes on audio formats? not just videos? I have MP3 lessons on Google Drive, but unfortunately the notes couldn't capture the timestamp. It would be a game changer if it were possible to do that. Thanks.

Very very useful. One thing, can you please add an option with fixed in-page position for the note panel? At least on youtube and spotify? cause now you have to open it everytime, it hides thumbnails and it's small too.
