Best, here or on Opera. Wrongly labelled, since allows scroll to bottom as well. Much more flexible than any other: icon, position on screen, but later versions allow speed control as well.

There is a setting that says 'Autohide' but it doesn't work.. it only autohides when the page is all the way up, but the whole purpose of autohiding is to move the button out of the way, so why not autohide it after a few seconds from the last scroll and show it back when a scroll is detected?
