Using it from few months. Customer support is good if face any issues. Major frequent issues facing repeatedly are sending duplicates messages sometimes to the same customers all of a sudden in the middle of bulk msg & Sending dots along with relevant msg all of a sudden in the middle of bulk msg. Overall extension is very smooth, simple & fast. But one has to be careful while sending bulk msg to unknown persons as usually if multiple people will block and then automatically whatsapp will be blocked frequently.
