Quite an interesting tool especially when short demos are the ask. The usage is not restricted to customer facing functions but I also see a great use in on-going sales conversations where folks would simply need a quick "how-to" for navigating through the product. One suggestion would be to have the capability to add "comments" on what a particular action is about. Perhaps that's something which we can expect as the solution grows :) Kudos!
Great tool - Can replace Loom soon!
